This program is built by someone who has both and has spent a career sitting on both sides of the table: as a student who learned differently, and as an educator and Leadership Consultant professional who has watched schools and employers talk past each other for decades.

The result is a program where people are heard for their strengths and skills. It gives students a real framework, grounded in neuropsychology and actual employer research, that respects how they actually think.
